All reservations are made through personal messaging — either via Facebook Messenger (m.me/muniland.tanay) or Instagram DM (@muniland_). There is no booking website or phone number. Simply message us with your preferred dates, accommodation choice, and number of guests and we'll check availability for you.

Yes. Muni Land is a private resort — we do not accept walk-in visitors. When you book a room or the campsite, you get exclusive use of that accommodation. The Bali House is rented as a full house, ensuring your group has the entire space to yourselves. This is core to the Muni Land experience: real privacy, real stillness.

Yes! Muni Land is pet-friendly. We welcome well-behaved pets, particularly dogs. We ask guests to be responsible for their animals and ensure they do not disturb the natural surroundings. Please mention your pet when booking so we can prepare accordingly. We recommend leashing pets in areas near the river for their safety.

Standard check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged depending on availability — please inquire when booking. We encourage guests to confirm their estimated arrival time in advance so we can be ready to welcome you.

Muni Land is located in Barangay Daraitan, Tanay, Rizal — approximately 2.5 hours from Metro Manila by private vehicle, depending on traffic. The route goes via Marikina–Infanta Highway (Marcos Highway) eastward toward Tanay town proper, then to Daraitan. We'll provide exact directions and landmark references once your booking is confirmed.

For the campsite, we recommend bringing: your own tent (or inquire about tent rental), sleeping bags or beddings, insect repellent, warm clothing for evening (Tanay nights can get cool), a flashlight or headlamp, personal toiletries, and your own food and drinks unless arrangements are made. The campsite has a communal bathroom and a campfire area. Firewood is available on-site.

Yes, river access is available and swimming is one of the most popular activities at Muni Land. The Bali House has direct river access. The Daraitan River is known for its clear, cold water. Please swim with a buddy and exercise caution — water levels can vary with rainfall. We advise guests to check conditions on the day of their stay. Guests swim at their own risk.

Muni Land is primarily a private overnight retreat and does not accept day visitors at this time. This is by design — the property experience is meant to be immersive, and allowing day trippers would compromise the privacy and stillness our overnight guests come for.
